Op initiatief van de CEO, heeft RevelX voor het hele internationale top management team de van Vanderlande de Executive DisruptR game gefaciliteerd.

Vanderlande is wereldmarktleider in bagage afhandelingssystemen voor luchthavens, sorteersystemen voor pakketten en postdiensten en magazijnautomatisering oplossingen..

Gedurende dit intensieve programma heeft het team drie nieuwe kansen geïdentificeerd om de industrie voor bagageafhandeling structureel te veranderen. Het team construeerde een disruptieve concurrent die bagage afhandeling op een volstrekt nieuwe wijze mogelijk zal maken.

De bedachte oplossing was een volledig nieuw concept met automatisch geleide voertuigen in plaats van omvangrijke transportsystemen. Dankzij de modernste technologie en een fundamenteel ander ontwerp is het nieuwe FLEET-concept veel flexibeler en neemt het aanzienlijk minder dure ruimte in.

Dit ontwrichtende idee heeft geresulteerd in een eerste pilot op de luchthaven van Rotterdam.

De disruptR game is een zeer waardevolle exercitie omdat het directie teams de gelegenheid geeft om in een intensieve en energieke opzet van een (1) dag, inspiratie, kennis en expertise te ontwikkelen over disruptie en innovatie. Als u hiermee akkoord bent dan zal RevelX in een onlinevideo call het programma en draaiboek verder met u doorspreken. Voorafgaand aan de game zal RevelX met twee directie team leden kort (1/2 uur) middels een videovergadering een interview opzetten. RevelX heeft daarnaast standaard uitnodigingen beschikbaar (zie download sectie voor een voorbeeld brief) die naar alle deelnemers kunnen worden verstuurd, waarin de opzet duidelijk wordt gecommuniceerd en waarin een aantal korte pre-work activiteiten (max 1,5 uur) in vermeld staan.

De investeringen voor de standaard (fysieke en online) DisruptR game zijn:

  • ½ dag format: EUR 4.500,= (Excl. BTW en inclusief voorbereidingen en reistijd obv 2 consultants)

Uiteraard is het heel goed mogelijk om de DisruptR game specifiek op maat te maken. Zo kan RevelX voorafgaand aan de game ook onderzoek doen naar klantervaringen, customer journeys, concurrentieanalyse, beoordeling van het huidige innovatieportfolio etc.

En het is tevens mogelijk om ook bij een virtuele / online opzet de deelnemers thuis te voorzien van catering / lunch boxes. RevelX zal dit via een externe cateraar regelen. Uiteraard kunt u daarvoor ook zelf voor zorgen

De Executive DistuptR game is specifiek ontwikkeld voor senior executive/directie teams bestaande uit 5-20 personen. Het is overigens tevens mogelijk om de game te organiseren voor grote groepen van meer dan honderd medewerkers.

Ja. De disruptR game kan geheel online en virtueel worden opgezet. RevelX heeft specifieke softwareprogramma’s beschikbaar die voor iedereen erg gebruiksvriendelijk en toegankelijk zijn.

Ja. Afhankelijk van de grootte van het team, zal een (inspirerende) ruimte geselecteerd worden die ruim voldoet aan de dan geldende RIVM eisen en richtlijnen. Daarnaast zal RevelX er scherp op toezien dat alle adviezen en richtlijnen zorgvuldig worden opgevolgd (denk aan mondkapjes, desinfectie, 1,5 meter etc.).

De disruptR game is een zeer waardevolle exercitie omdat het directie teams de gelegenheid geeft om in een intensieve en energieke opzet van een (1) dag, inspiratie, kennis en expertise te ontwikkelen over disruptie en innovatie.
