Zorggroep De Laren offers private care and services in independent apartments part of new villas in the most beautiful locations in the Netherlands.
Approach
First the market of private care in luxurious apartments was analyzed to assess the area for growth. Then the internal processes were analyzed by studying their data and interviewing the main stakeholders. This resulted in a draft of the blueprint for Zorggroep de Laren. Finally, this blueprint was reviewed by the main stakeholders and presented to the RvC.
Results
The potential for success of Zorggroep de Laren has been established. However, at this moment the basics needed to be fixed first to ensure profitable growth. We identified the necessary areas of improvement and provided tools to assist with these improvements.
